For a post that seemed too daunting to start, this is great -- thanks so much for writing it! I've been wondering how things were going with your mom. The trip sounds wonderful, a great combination of visiting and being able to be useful. I enjoyed meeting your mother when she visited, and I so admire her for deciding to move to a place like Sedona and live her life the way she wanted to.
