1. Take the lyrics to a favorite song.
2. Go to Google Language Tools or Altavista Babelfish and translate the lyrics into German; then from German to French; and finally from French back into English. (I added a step: French to Greek, then Greek to English.)
3. Post the results verbatim.
4. Invite your friends to guess the song based on the newly mangled lyrics.

I usually don't go for this meme thing, but this one is just toooo funny. I've been sitting here (at work) for way too long feeding song lyrics into Babelfish and cracking up. There's no need to add extra exotic languages to get the desired effect, just good old English->German->French->English is more than enough. Considering that English = German + French you'd think it would do a little better. This is Babelfish, btw. Here's stanzas from four different songs. Anybody recognize them? I think #2 is my favorite. This is Babelfish at work, btw.
