While waiting to see if server st2104 was going to tip over again I went down to the company gym for a little workout for the first time in months. I'm truly surprised how much I enjoyed it. I know that for optimum health I am supposed to be alternating my aerobic activities with so-called strength exercises. But I really don't like lifting weights and witlessly moving pieces of machines back and forth. Boring AND uncomfortable. But this time it just felt good.  I think I'll start doing that more often.

[I'm having this sense of deja vu, like maybe I say exactly this same thing about every 3 months.]
