Woke up this morning with my lower back hurting so bad I can barely stand up. No idea why. I skated last night, but for less than an hour and not at particularly high intensity. The only thing I did different yesterday was a few easy yoga stretches someone showed me at work (we snuck into a small conference room, where we flopped around on the floor). Surely that wouldn't throw my back into spasms would it?
Fortunately it doesn't hurt when I'm sitting down, so I can catch up on email and such.
