Post-Costco Dinner

There are so many substantive things I could post about. The Jan 6 hearings, neighborhood news, AFib update, nature pictures, what I'm reading, etc etc. So I thought I'd post a picture of my dinner.

We went to Costco and found everything except the one long-shot item that we were looking for (apparently they are no longer carrying those great fireworks sampler packs we bought last year). So for consolation I bought a box of delicious tomato-arugula-mozarella ravioli and served it with leftover stir-fry. Damn, was that good!
