Did anyone else get a $30 "gift card" from Parkmobile?

That's the Minneapolis parking app. They emailed me this so-called "Nift card" that you can supposedly redeem for great products with local merchants. But they aren't local businesses - it's a list of about 6 very specific and somewhat weird products (e.g. Invisible Teeth Aligner). I clicked through on the Sunsoil CBD Gummies, and quit when they wanted to charge me $8 shipping for my "free" product sample. One of the other options seemed to be a subscription wine service. Looks really sketchy to me.
