interdictor, the promised troops finally arrived in the Central Business District and were seen heading down the street towards the Convention Center at about noon.
Here's hoping that they are able to overcome some of the chaos and despair that has reportedly overwhelmed that site. The incoming troops have food, water, medical supplies and guns. Apparently all of those things are essential at this point.
