I haven't done enough with my Instant Pot, but I've had a few successes. This allegedly Chinese beef stew is my favorite, though after the first time, I added more water and broth and cut the beef smaller, turning from stew into something more like soup. (Annoyingly, the recipe disappeared from the site where I had it bookmarked, but the Wayback Machine had a copy. Another reason they get a donation from me every year.)
