For about the last year, dear family friend Jenny has been doing my nails. During that time she has evolved from an excellent nail technician to a true artist - experimenting with new materials and developing a deft hand with free-style drawing. I've sported some lovely and striking fingernails over the past year, but I think these are the best yet. Wow!

very cool!

I've been playing a lot with fingernail polish since I started substitute teaching. It's a really good way to have a common point of interest with a student.

"Miss! Did you paint your nails yourself?"

and so on.

My experiments are not nearly so fancy (yet). I imagine I would need much smaller brushes.
