Thanks for your account of events. I've lived within walking distance of that Nicollet/Lake neighborhood a few times and have patronized the Wells Fargo, Post Office, Office Depot, Payless, Cost Cutters and the local Hibachi Buffet. Hearing of all the damage, and seeing the photos hits too close to home.
