I don't think there was very much mail there. The station had been closed proactively a day or two before. Afterwards they announced that all the mail had been transferred to another station before the building was destroyed. That may have been their intent, but the live videos of the building on fire clearly showed a pile of packages flaming inside. The letter we had been waiting for eventually showed up when mail delivery restarted.
