Wait, did they just do another upgrade, or are you talking about the merging of Park Nicollet's MyChart with the HealthPartners website, which incidentally rearranged a bunch of stuff and streamlined some things?
I didn't have any trouble paying my bill under the new configuration, but all of my prescriptions vanished from their usual haunts and got tucked into a very obscure corner. I had to call Technical Services, and got a very nice person who had very clearly delivered the exact same instructions to about a hundred people already.
