Despite all the advance warnings (election results may not be available for days! mail delivery is unreliable!) Minnesota seems to have done pretty well with their absentee balloting. Even though most of the ballots were absentee ballots, results were available election night for all the races I cared about. Total voter participation was massively UP from the 2016 primary. This is not necessarily because of the expanded absentee balloting, but at least it didn't depress the vote. And if there were any systemic problems like they had in New York, I haven't heard about them.
