That bluebird is part of a wonderful little string of BLUEBIRD LIGHTS! I don't know why Richard retired them - probably because he only had one string and it didn't match his concept. Same with the snowman lights. I love them both.

ETA. We do have a shit-ton of birds (mostly because I like them) with real feathers glued onto hard bodies. Richard didn't bring out that box, though. There was one tiny feathered bird in with the misfit decorations that I was pleased to see.
