Yeah, that particular form of vaccine hesitancy is probably worth working to combat. I imagine it will decrease over time. There seem to be a lot of people who aren't exactly opposed to being vaccinated, they just don't want to be first. I hope that staff who pass up the opportunity right now will have another chance later. In any case, with almost all of the residents being vaccinated, half the staff is probably plenty.
