dreamsharkWell, here I am at work. It turned out to be a little shorter than I expected: 11.95 miles to be exact. Yes, it really did take me 2 hours. Not only was I riding slow, I stopped at The Depot for a snack. The weather turned out to be perfect for biking, cloudy and fairly cool. It's a pretty ride, entirely off-road once I get on the Bike Highway at 29th and Bryant. I saw a deer and an oriole.
That was really pretty easy. If I get done here by 7, and the predicted thunderstorms haven't arrived, I think I'll go ahead and ride home. Hmmm. Guess that means I need to quit fooling around and try to remember why I came here. I had this theory that if there were no interruptions I'd somehow "get a lot done." A lot of WHAT, I wonder? Let's see if I left myself any notes on what I was doing yesterday...
