I could have ridden home if I'd wanted to

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. But by the time I was ready to leave work, it was cold and wet and the weather reports were less than reassuring. It wasn't actually raining in Eden Prairie at that point, but it was still drizzling in Minneapolis. So I had R come get me with the van. He got slightly lost on the way, but that was okay because I had my new phone game to keep me busy. It all fits together in the end.

I'd say the bike ride was a great success, and I probably can start doing a ride-to-work once a week now. I didn't actually get much accomplished at work, unfortunately, for a variety of reasons. All the better that I rode to work, allowing me to get something positive out of it.
