Interesting question - I wonder what I've got? There's the "cheat" option - Carmina Burana. Other than that, it's probably some Austin Lounge Lizards (would "100 Miles of Dry" count? it's more about not drinking...), maybe a Fred Small or Peter Mayer. My music library is strongly classical, with small amounts of classic rock and folk tossed in.
