.. an extra Apple Dock Connector Cable that they would be willing to part with? It doesn't matter whether it's USB or Firewire. It doesn't even matter if it works or not. I want to use it to make a lanyard. (Turns out if you buy a new iPod model a week after it hits the market, there arent any accessories for it yet!)

I don't know what it looks like but conceivably might have one. By the time I get home, they might have accessories, though.

It looks like this. Or, rather, the two ends of the USB cable look like this. I don't care about the USB end, but I want the official Apple connector for the wide flat end. Not only does it fit into the iPod, it locks in place and is rather hard to get loose. This is actually kind of annoying when you're just using it to charge up your iPod, but exactly what you want if you're going to attach a lanyard to it.

When are you coming home, btw? Seems like you've been gone a really long time.
