I can't say I'm noticing it. Isn't it a little early for that? I mean, it was SNOWING this morning.
Anyway, I got this email alert from the pollen people this morning. I wonder if they just make this shit up. Other folks with allergies - are you noticing anything?

Well, the maple and elm trees really are blooming; I've seen it all around the neighborhood. That said, it was pretty cold last night, so I don't know what that might do to the flowers.

Well, then, my new prescription allergy medicine must be working! I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to maple and elm.

Pretty icon. :-)

Well, that's a good thing. Medicine ought to work.

I should have used this icon years ago, people like it so much. I only put it up for International Change Your Icon Day, but it was unexpectedly springlike, so I left it. Peg made it for me; it's a detail from the cover of one of my books.

American elms are native, so probably not, but it might knock the Norway maples back a little.

No wonder I feel like this. This weather is confounding, to say the least. Time to break out the homeopathic remedies again. 8^(

I've noticed

My allergies always kick in about April 1st, and they did this year too.
Not as bad as last year, though. I always thought it was due to the
snow melt, that there was mold under there, or something.

I had no idea that pollen started this early!
