First day of photo-blog turns out to be pretty mundane. Food plays a big part in the images. I must have been hungry.

I explained the project here.

*heh* Thanks. You seem to have a great appreciation for the pics that capture the every-dayness of it all in your own WITL. There is something sort of satisfying about just encapsulating those little mundane moments, maybe because they are normally forgotten so quickly.

It's funny how often those pics turn out to be kind of artistically interesting as well. Anyway, I thought so. I liked the transition from the overview pic of all the grocery bags to the excessively intimate closeup of the yogurt container. :-)

Exactly. There's something special in those moments, maybe just because they are usually given so little notice.

Love the picture of the front porch at 7:54. It evokes such a sublime sense of coziness, sleepiness, a new day, fresh smells from the greenery. It is just beautiful.

Thanks. :-)

I liked it too. I'm strangely fond of pictures shot from a dark interior towards an over-exposed sunny window.
