Even worse than the egg, really. This particular food item not only longs to be eaten, it seems to be indulging in a little bit of self-cannibalism. Mmmm. Now THAT'S an appealing image!

I can't recall if the Wienerschnitzel chain exists in Minnesota. (They used to be called "Der Wienerschnitzel," which is incorrect as the noun is neuter and should take "Das," so they just dropped the definite article entirely.) But they've had a (ahem) long-running ad campaign about an anthropomorphic hot dog that is always fleeing from those who would consume "him."
By the way, do you recall if you took the photo in my usericon?

Huh. Maybe. That does look like one of our bookcases behind you. I remember you in Groucho guise, but I don't recall seeing that picture in any of our albums. More likely somebody else took it at one of our Halloween parties. It makes a nice icon.
I'd say that it's possible that the french fry *container* is eating the french fries, and thus it is not self-cannibalism. More like, uh, some sort of parasitic phenomenon. The french fry container life cycle depends on it being transported from the factory to the garbage can. This requires it to collect enough fries so that a human will eat them and then throw it away. How it scavenges for fries is left as an exercise for the reader.
