Always observant...
Oct. 22nd, 2008 10:55 amOn Sunday we were coming back from somewhere to the southwest, Richard driving. As we navigated the difficult merge from I-494 eastbound to I-35W northbound my thought process went something like this. "Aieee, this is a nasty intersection, and I used to do this every day at rush hour! I'm glad this ramp is closed so I don't have to drive this way anymore."
About a minute later, my brain finished processing that thought. Wait a second. If the ramp is closed, then how did...? *think think think*
OMG! The north half of the clover leaf is open again!! When did that happen?
Does this mean we're finally coming over the hump on the endless Crosstown Commons Construction?? Maybe there's hope yet this year for the 46th Street ramps reopening????
