Have you noticed something funny about your coat lately?

Richard has been looking everywhere for his black work jacket. It's not that great a coat, really, but he's fond of it. And there's a Motorola Razr phone in the pocket that we'd like to find. It just doesn't seem to be anywhere in the house, and we're starting to wonder if someone wore it home by accident, possibly after the November 1 Minnstf meeting.

This seems particularly likely in light of the fact that a strange coat appeared in Amber's room after that party. The two coats don't look anything alike, however. The one that disappeared was a rather beat up black cloth jacket, size XL, with a phone in the pocket. The replacement coat is dark green with a plaid lining, size Large, with a bulky knit cap and a pair of mittens in the pockets.

The more we look at this coat the less likely it seems that someone could have mixed them up accidentally. But... well, who knows? So if you find yourself in posession of a beat up black jacket with a phone in the pocket, we'd like it back. And we might have your coat, hat and mittens.

How strange. I suppose, if someone were grabbing a coat in a dark room, a black coat could be mistaken for dark green - but the mistake would become obvious once it got into the light.

I'm afraid I left with the same coat I came with, so I don't have the missing jacket.

Possibly somebody who has both the extra jacket, and *also* one that looks like the missing one, forgot which one they wore, and grabbed the first one that looked familiar? And hasn't noticed the phone or that they now have two copies of their jacket at home.

OR that they are missing the hat and the gloves.

Maybe the two events are completely unconnected. Who knows? I'm also missing an earring and a necklace.

Weird. We arrived home with the jackets we wore there (and no spares).
