Back suddenly better

Not all well, but noticeably improved. Noticed it yesterday, 4-5 days after the incident. I'm making notes for future reference, in case this should happen again.

All alone

Richard is on a week-long safari to Denver with his working partner Chuck to do a light show there. He left on Wednesday, expects to be back Tuesday night. Chuck is almost as old and gimpy as Richard is, and the van is at a similar stage of its life, so it's a little scary to send them off like that. Thorin just started a night job at Target, so when I came home from work on Wednesday NOBODY was here. I don't mind being alone, and in fact the three of us spend most of our time in different parts of the house even when we're all here, but it was kinda spooky being in a big house all by myself all night.
