iTouch - first impressions

First impression of iTouch - it's wonderful! Look and feel is even better than I had imagined. Even Richard, who has trouble learning to use a simple cell phone, was immediately able to use it to view pictures and such. The clever use of the built-in motion sensor has to be seen to be believed. Pictures automatically rotating to landscape position is just the tip of the iceberg.

Second impression - OMG, is that all there is to the Contacts app??? Tell me it isn't true!!! Compared to the Palm Address Book this thing is like chiseling on stone tablets. There are no Categories!! I'm not kidding - there is exactly one option for displaying address entries - sort by last name or first name. No way to filter, no custom fields, no links to other entries.

Transferring Palm address book info isn't too hard, but you lose everything except the the basic fields (categories, custom fields, attached notes).
