Sharon's Law of Healthy Food: Although vegetarian food can be yummy, there is no vegetarian dish that cannot be improved by the judicious addition of a little bit of meat.

New Corollary: There is no delicious, wholesome low-fat yogurt concoction that cannot be improved 100% by the addition of a little heavy whipping cream.

New Recipe for a sultry summer night with overripe peaches:  Splendiferous Peach Frozen Yogurt

1.5 cups dangerously ripe peaches and nectarines
1.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Pulverize all ingredients in blender, pour into Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and churn for 25 minutes. Yum.

Gee. As long as I'm at it, I think I'll use Brown Cow big fat vanilla yogurt!

Well, yeah, that makes more sense. Why start with a fat-reduced product and then add the fat back in?? I just did that because I already had half a tub of lowfat yogurt.
