My iTouch is here!

Plugged it in and transferred a few of my favorite music folders from iTunes.
That's not really important at the moment - I bought this device primarily as a PDA. So now I have to figure out how to transfer 12 years worth of Palm Address Book to the iTouch.

I'd appreciate any tips youd care to share. Like you, I've had a LONG association with my various Palm PDAs and I'm contemplating "the next step" in my PDA-user evolution.

From some recent research, I've decided that even though I really like my 2nd generation 16GB Zune (and will probably continue to use it for a long time for various musical, audio-book, and podcast audio content), I don't think the Zune HD will be my next general PDA. A fairly long conversation with a "Microsoft rep." at a recent "Zune HD demo" has convinced me that the Zune development team has a severe(!!) case of convergence myopia. While it is a cool device, they're SO focused on the music industry that they've lost any glimpse of what the public wants in a general-purpose handheld device.

So, I'm now eying the various Palm Pre, iPhone/iPod-touch, and Android units trying to decide which way to jump.
