We do!

The Watchmen movie turned up in a red Netflix envelope, presumably put on the queue by Thorin since I'd seen it in the theater a mere 2 years ago. But on reflection, I realized that I had forgotten practically everything about the movie except that it was surprisingly good. Honestly, about all I remembered was Dr. Manhattan's giant wang that kept appearing and disappearing behind an oversized thong, or sometimes just tastefully placed intervening objects. Other times - unapologetic full frontal (blue) nudity.  Were there two different film editors with different philosophies on nudity?  And why couldn't I remember anything else about the movie except that it was really good.  Shouldn't good movies be a little more memorable than that?

I still don't know.  It's almost 3 hours long, yet it held my attention just as thoroughly as it did the first time. Of course one reason it was just as good the 2nd time round was because I really didn't remember much about the plot. I wonder if I'll immediately forget it again?
