Food is fun!

My juicer It's a Breville BJE200XL 700-Watt Compact Juice Fountain. I chose this one because it's powerful but compact, got excellent reviews, and was recently marked down from $130 to $100.

After a stop at Costco last night and a brisk bike ride to the Fulton Farmers Market this morning, my house is just bursting with fresh healthy veggies.  I've now made two juices - one orange and one green. My goodness, this juicing thing tears through a bushel of produce like my iPhone races through a full battery charge!  The juice is surprisingly filling, however. It also tastes fairly good, although it's hard to separate the actual flavor from the sweet aftertaste of self-righteousness.
