How to make your co-workers think a chain-saw massacre is in progress

When I told my domestic goddess co-worker Jenny about my juicer she revealed that she had a juicer too, but no room for it on her counter at home. Suddenly it seemed like a good idea to bring that juicer in to the break room at work so we could experiment with juice recipes together! The break room is fairly well separated from the office area, but not separate enough apparently, judging by the people who came bursting in yelling, "What the heck is going ON in here??"

Jenny thinks that it will all be fine if we just take the machine into a nearby conference room that has a door on it. I'm not sure a door or the flimsy little office walls are going to make that much difference, but why not? It'll keep people from dozing off in the mid-afternoon sleepy time. And I'm sure the whole thing will work much better if we chop up the produce a little more before we feed it in. And if she remembers to bring the plunger, so we don't have to shove all the vegetables in with the end of a carrot.

Jeremy Clarkson was playing with his V8 (um, engine) juicer in an episode we watched just a couple of days ago. I did not approve of his choice of what to blend in it.
