If you haven't already found it, check out the Network for Good site:

I found the site by following link from CNN. It allows you to contribute quickly and easily to one or more reputable relief organizations, grouping multiple donations on one credit card transaction for efficiency. I donated $100 each to Red Cross and Second Harvest, plus an optional $7 to Network for Good. It looks like a really worthwhile service.

And, on the local level, Mnstf is planning a Silent Auction to be held at the September 17th Pool Party at the Sheraton, as a means of raising money to help with relief efforts. minnehaha K has agreed to coordinate.

Please help spread the word to artists and others who might like to contribute items to the auction, and to those who might like to buy cool f/sf art stuff.

Would you mind asking Richard if he'd donate one of those cool hand-painted x-mas ornaments?
