Saturday cancelled, Sunday still on

 Because of weather, I won't be going to Dave's apartment for CD giveaway on Saturday.

However, Sunday is still on, starting about 11am.

 

Please let me know if you are planning to come.

 

Probably last chance to pick up free CDs and books. There's also a printer, a couple of scanners, tools, household items. Could use help just boxing up CDs and donations for thrift stores.

Please let me know before you head out. If it's still snowing at 11 and nobody is on the way I'll probably head over there later in the day. Some people are coming specifically at 2pm so I should be there by then.

Don't think I will make it at all. I think it will take both of us all day to shovel out. I could use the printer if it's working and has install discs for the drivers - mine quit months ago and I need one compatible with my old PC desktop. Any possibility you will try to do this again next weekend or something? I'm willing to help if and when I can get over there. We are both retired - maybe I could meet you there later in the week.

I'll hang onto the printer for you. Don't know if I can find the install disks, but you can generally download the drivers from the manufacturers website. Dave's computer was an Apple, but printers are usually compatible with both PC and Apple.

I'll certainly be over there during the week. I can let you know when I'll be there, or you can check with me again when you have time. Texting my phone is the best way. I carry my cell all the time, but I rarely check email on my phone.
