I think I'll try a 5:30 Hello

 I totally stole this idea from minnehaha , who may not have even tried it yet. I just sent a suggestion to all the email addresses I have for my block club suggesting that everybody come out on their porches and wave at 5:30 pm, starting today (because it is GORGEOUS out!).

If nobody else shows up, what's to lose? A little fresh air is good.

It's a beautiful day. I just went for a solitary walk, and people were really good about keeping their distance; where they couldn't, I did.

Mourning cloak butterflies are out and a lot of birds are tuning up. I mostly heard house finches, but there are a lot of robins and cardinals too.
