I'm trying to figure out what that eastern city that's "probably on fire" is.

I thought it was the Cuyahoga River but it's not quite in the right place. Maybe Baltimore?

Very much not the right place. They Cuyahoga on fire was near Cleveland, "the mistake on the lake," where I went to school for three less-than-wonderful years. I understand it's improved, though.
