Due to unforeseen COVID events we didn't really get to play with the grandchildren during their August visit, so we flew out here for a week to try again. Here's Lena doing an impressive soft shoe routine with Grandpa's cane.


Leo posing with Elmo, who as far as the boys are concerned is not just the best Muppet, but the only one. They refer to the Muppet Show as the "Elmo Show."

I assume he is on the Muppet Show. Or maybe it's Sesame Street. I don't know - Elmo appeared sometime after my kids had outgrown all that so he's a mystery to me. I just know that the boys watch something they call "Elmo!" half an hour a day.
