Why I hate hosta

Your hosta is doing much better than ours. Still it seems to be the only thing that will survive along the fence (awfully shady there).

Oh, it's great from the hosta's point of view. It's flourishing. Not so great for the human being trying to walk (or more often, wheel a bike) through that back gate. I just HATE things brushing my ankles, even when it's dry. And when it's dripping wet? ****ewwwwww****
