This…this NEVER happens
Apr. 23rd, 2025 01:34 pmI guess the secret to a good night’s sleep is absolute exhaustion and 5 nights of sleep deprivation. Doesn’t seem like the secret to a healthy lifestyle. But this is without question the best night of sleep my know-it-all Watch has ever recorded.

Date: 2025-04-23 11:00 pm (UTC)Me, I sleep ok, but I use ridiculous means to get there. Who listens to Sleep Baseball anyway? (Youtube is my source, and I set a timed to turn it off after 20 minutes. I last about 3 minutes.)

Date: 2025-04-24 02:03 am (UTC)The remarkable thing about this sleep graph is that there are just 6 short Awakes. And they are ALL WHERE THEY BELONG - at transition points between sleep phases. And it actually felt like what I gather most people think sleep is like: I fell asleep quickly and woke up a little over 8 hours later with no memory of the time in between. Egad!
I was sleepy again by afternoon, however, having not made up the Minicon sleep deficit yet. But I sure felt better today than I did the day before, when I had to get up early for a doctor appointment.
