Fringe is Coming!
Jul. 30th, 2006 12:01 pmThe ever-expanding Minneapolis Fringe Festival is starting on Thursday this year... this coming Thursday! Richard and I will be Fringing again this year, and looking for other Fringers to flock with. A few shows I'm pretty sure I want to see:
Rats in the Walls - Lovecraft + the spectacular Mill City Museum! Can't miss this one!
Dario and Bario
Die Clowns Die - Joseph Scrimshaw
Google, the Musical
Amnesiac Jack
But I've really just started looking. What looks good to you?

Date: 2006-07-30 05:16 pm (UTC)Anyway... in the Fringe for All, three minutes of thirty Fringe shows from June 26th, the most amazing one, a Must See that I probably wouldn't have gone to except for the preview, is
African Roads, American Streets, an astonishing series of dances and music. I'm down for the first show on Thursday at 7.

Date: 2006-07-31 02:03 am (UTC)Admission is $12 for one show, $45 for 5 shows or $135 for the unlimited attendance ultra pass. You also have to buy a Fringe button for $3, so that means the first show is essentially $15. Most shows last an hour. You can buy Fringe buttons and any type of admission at any of the venues. So really, all you have to do is show up with money at the show you want to attend.
