dreamsharkI decided to take today off to Get Stuff Done. The first and most important thing, which I have been putting off for something like 5 years, is to call at least 3 roofers to come out here and make an estimate. I hate this stuff. lsanderson has given me his recommendation at least 3 times, but if he wants to repeat it again here that would be great.
If I'm good and get stuff done in the morning I plan to go to a museum in the afternoon. Probably one of the following: Bodyworks at Science Museum, Calder Exhibit at Art Institute, or the Bakken Museum (which is just across the lake from here, but never open when I'm not at work).
I also plan to do exciting things like make appointments for teethcleaning and checkup, balance the checkbook and maybe tear up a little carpet. I guess I don't need sunshine for any of those things.
