Nothing is working.
Dec. 5th, 2006 08:44 pmEverything I do just seems to lead to something that needs to be done over.
All of these decisions, trivial though they may be in the larger picture, involved all sorts of dithering and procrastinating and more dithering. Now I just need to do it all over again.
- The roofer we decided on to do our roof never called back to schedule the job, and now it's too late for this year.
- The beautiful new keyboard I bought to replace the one with the bbbbbarely working bb key doesn't fit in my keyboard drawer.
- And after I finally decided to purchase 8 sessions with a personal trainer at my health club.... the trainer I signed the contract with seems to have left the club's employ.
All of these decisions, trivial though they may be in the larger picture, involved all sorts of dithering and procrastinating and more dithering. Now I just need to do it all over again.

Date: 2006-12-06 03:19 am (UTC)for house projects, angie's list is a lifesaver. www.angieslist.com.
i do not remember if i used angie's list to find my roofers, but i used iver h. carlson and sons (http://www.iverhcarlson.com/) to redo my roof when i moved into this house. it's, um, remarkably rooflike. it's been a year and a half and it seems fine so far.
