What's the best part of your day?

I think mine is sitting in this chair after my morning bike ride, feet to the fan.



Unfortunately, I guess I'm saying that the rest of my day is all downhill. Oh well, I guess that's life in the shelter-at-home era.

The best part currently is when my painkillers kick in enough that I can catch another nap though I am very close to when I will be able to pick large ripe tomatoes from my garden. In which case, that will become the best part of my day! I really do like toasted tomato sandwiches.

The best part of my day is when the cat joins me while I'm waking up and I get to scritch him as my brain comes back on-line. I also love the part of day when I swim.

I miss that chair.

Currently, the best part is noon, when I tune into a private online channel and listen to an hour's worth of reading, plus a bit of social time before and after.

But also, at the end of the work day, when I can leave the computer (where I mostly stay even if the workload is light) and hie myself to my living room, with the spinning wheel and the television.

Seeing the old chair and bench again brings back happy memories of Mnstf Meetings and caroling parties!

Have you seen those plastic little 'snout' inserts? I saw them in a posting on FB from another mask-maker and thought you might find them interesting if nothing else.
